Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm.
When requesting a specific room within a category, we are happy to hear your preferences and do our best to accommodate the request.
Front office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm daily.
If you know you are arriving after office hours, please call or email 24-48 hours ahead of arrival for further instructions. Don’t worry, we would never leave you stranded.
We have designated smoking areas on property.
Wi-fi access is complimentary and accessible in the room and common areas. Enjoy!
The Charlie Hotel does allow one dog per room, the dog must be registered at check-in with the front desk and a pet deposit will be required for the reservation. Service animals must be registered as well.

TRANSPORTATION / DIRECTIONS
We are located on Sweetzer Ave in-between Melrose Ave and Santa Monica Blvd located on a residential street with crossroads being Willoughby Ave and Waring Ave. We are located approximately 20 miles/ 40 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The Charlie has secure onsite parking. One free parking spot included with website reservations, additional vehicles are $42.00.
We have Limousine Service at a Surcharge
RESERVATIONS
Cancellations/modifications must be received 14 days prior to arrival (advanced purchase rates are non-refundable). If booking is cancelled/modified later or in case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Credit card provided at time of booking will be used for all cancellation/ no show charges.
For rate of day reservations we take a one night deposit at time of your booking. This is a charge and gets transferred at check in. For advanced purchase reservations the total amount is charged on the day of booking. A Preservation Fee of 3% is added to call reservations.
Yes, our spacious rooms, equipped kitchens, and washers/dryers make for very comfortable long term stays.

If a third party is paying for your stay, we will need an authorization form filled out by that party before check in. Please email the hotel to acquire information.
