The health & safety of our guests and team members has always been our top priority! In compliance with CDC guidelines, local state and federal laws, we are taking the following precautionary steps:
All team members and guests are to wear masks in public spaces for safety & prevention. Masks will be available complimentary to guests upon request.
All team members are to be screened daily with an infrared touchless thermometer. Temperature checks are also required for all registered guests at check-in.
All team members will follow and enforce strict social distancing guidelines. Guests must practice social distancing by keeping a distance of 6 feet or more from others.
All suites have individual AC systems, so there is no recycled air throughout the hotel or your suite. All of our common areas and suite entrances are located outdoors and are naturally ventilated.
IN ADDITION…
Guest room keys & high-touch surfaces such as pens, clipboards, and intercom buttons are disinfected frequently. TV remotes have been shrink-wrapped for additional guest safety.
The Charlie Hotel has invested in advanced antimicrobial disinfecting technology to be used in conjunction with additional sanitizing practices.
Guest rooms are to remain vacant (based on availability) a minimum of 24-hours in between guests as an added safety precaution.
